Question Ps4 controller input delay ?

Hey all , i hope you guys can help me with that , so today i bought a ps4 used controller , i tested it out , from gamepad test website , it seems that everything is working fine , avg error on analog is 11% or even more but i dont know if thats a big deal , anyway my other controller broke , i brought my first controller they told me the board is failed , before this my controller was good no input delay and it works perfectly , now this controller i tested it out , it feels weird , the there is an input delay , i bought it for rocket league only which very competitive , i feel like its not fast enough , there is some input lag on the controller , my monitor is 75hz 4ms , i went to ds4 setting and i actually overclocked it to 1ms max , but still no change , i even put the resolution monitor to 720p but still input delay , i just need help whats going on ?

Note: my first controller had really bad input lag when i had my tv back than , putting the resolution on 720p fixed the input delay , thats onyl back when i had my tv , with 75hz i dont need to change resolution, with this new controller whatever i do nothing change , anyway thamk u for reading this and i hope u guys can help me , thanks in advance waiting for ur response

reinstall Bluetooth drivers
unpair the old ps4 controller , you don't use anymore
the analogue error could be the issue as well, but can't confirm this
