PSU +12V fluctuations and random black screens

Hi people. I recently noticed that my +12V voltages fluctuates as shown in the picture below. Will that cause any problems to my GPU? And when I play games like CS:GO th]e screen will turn black and the sound loops. And when I tested my GPU using Unigine Heaven the screen will turn black and then continues normally repeatedly. Is this something wrong with my GPU or PSU?

Btw, I have changed my PSU last week. And the problems only come when I play games.

I've realized something else. I underclock my GPU by 50 MHz using Afterburner. And the issues have gone away. And this is weird as I NEVER overclock my GPU before.

post the part of the gpu report and with you gpu name and model the same for the psu also why you cpu fan is running so fast even on idle did you plug it to the right fan connector on the board and not the optionnal one for cpu the other thing you have a weird reading in temp 5 high on current then uppper in max and zeor value as minimum and the average is 15 c .
