Hello, is a 350 W Antec 350X PSU enough for the GT 730 and the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650, also my board is P35-DS3 (rev 2.1) DVD readers are ASUS 1814-BL and ASUS E616A3, disk drive is Seagate Barracuda ST3250510AS HDD 250 GB. Cooler is Noctua NH-U9B SE2, and at last, my RAM is PQI CORP and KINGSTON 4x1 GB DDR2 mixed Frequencies.

Well, I am planning to upgrade to the new CPU and cooler, I am based in Croatia, small city, and the most I can do is order a new PSU (this one is from 2007), my budget is like around 50€, and this PSU I already have it from before, now I just plan to get a new SSD, CPU and Cooler with it.

That PSU is old enough to smoke.

The answer to your question is yes, but the stuff is very old and could die any time.
If your total budget is 50 euro then it might be better to save for a used PC. If you can spend 50 for a new PSU, this LC Power is safer than your old one. It's under 50 so you can spend the rest on delivery.

You can use https://www.hagglezon.com/ to order from the rest of EU.

For Croatia, it's not really worth it buying old or used. Most prices are murder compared to brand new.
There are some options though:

This Fujitsu is not so powerfull but it's an upgrade: https://www.rabljena-racunala.com/R...DDR4-240GB-SSD-Win-Pro?sort=p.price&order=ASC
You get Win 10 with it, and it looks like it's a full license, so you could keep it for future PCs, and upgrade to Win 11.

This HP Prodesk is cheap and can be upgraded: https://www.mediatech.hr/Rabljena-r...sk-600-G1---Core-i7-4770,-8GB-DDR3,-120GB-SSD

The G4 is more expensive, but more powerfull: https://www.mediatech.hr/Rabljena-racunala-Mediatech/HP-ProDesk-400-G4-i7-7700,-16GB-DDR4,-SSD

Check out Gigabit as well: https://www.gigabit.hr/proizvod/sto...-thinkcentre-m910t-i5-6500-8gb-ram-256gb-ssd/

Thank You ;). I will keep this old PC, I am thinking of buying a new PSU as you suggested, but I need a 500 W PSU so I can be sure everything will go well. Do you maybe have any suggestions for a 500 W PSU for my build which I will upgrade soon? Also my budget I will be changing it, probably to some price of a good 500 W PSU, so, if you may please, please suggest a good 500 W PSU! Thanks!

Also, do you think the

Zalman ZM500-TXII is a good 500 W PSU?

No, it's terrible. Look for smt like the MSI MAG A550BN, ADATA XPG Pylon or Thermaltake Smart BM2.
I will probably take the MSI MAG A550BN, found it new for 50 euros, do you think this PSU is good? I just need a PSU so I can run all of this well and without it dying
