Question PSU can work less watt?

İ have 500w power supply and 300w UPS. İm use now 300w pover supply in my pc but ist broken. İf i use with it 500w power supply im afraid my UPS cant feed and not enough for 500w power supply. Or dosent matter power supply power 500w my old pc already use less than this and UPS can be work? My question is i can use 500w power supply like 300w?

The PC will only consume what it needs at any particular moment.

Having a "500 watt" PSU does NOT mean it is consuming 500 watts all the time.

Please give us some details on all the hardware involved here.

XIGMATEK X-Power series 500W 80 Plus can i use like 300w psu with my 300w UPS? Actually i buy this PSU for use with Asrock İntel Arc A380 challenger GPU but this card is dosen't work and i send back.İm back to my all old parts but my old 300w PSU broken by the way. My obsession i cant use pc without UPS,i have 300w ups and if i use 500w think maybe dosen't work with because 300w cant feed 500w psu but some guys says my pc is dont need more energy and if i use 500w psu not use all can be work like 300w this is reall?

Pc's first original PSU is 300w Liteon but broken. But i already buy 500w before.

That is not a "500w" PSU.
420w at best.

Maybe i couldn't explain it. İf this PSU give 420w, i need less than it. İ have already old pc. My problem is if i use 500w or 420w at best PSU my 300w UPS can feed this because my pc use less energy or not important my pc parts use less energy automaticly if use this PSU my ups can't feed? As said, your PC only asks for what it needs, not what may be printed on the PSU.

Assuming you're not asking for your (unknown) UPS to do too much, it will be OK.
You'll get a couple of minutes of UPS battery time to shut down gracefully.

You've got a 65W CPU and 55W video card even allowing for if the system has very bad base power consumption and accounting for potential boost behavior you're looking at maybe 175W worst case scenario under maximum possible load. So even allowing for something awful like 70% PSU efficiency that's still 250W maximum.
