Psu Cx500 vs S12ii 520w for Haswell!

so i confused between this psu! i see in newegg cx500 ready for haswell, different for s12ii!??? that psu not ready for haswell?! what?? really? im in budget for 500w psu, my pc i5 4590 + msi gtx 760 TF + 2Stick of 4gb ram corsair vengeance+1hdd and 1 optical drive + 4 fan (1 cpu fan,3 case fan)

i'm really confusing! they said cx series r bad! either of components/and bla bla bla...

if s12ii ready for haswell, i will buy it! so if i going to cx500w is that a wrong choice? i want to play on stock and no going for Oc! thx for replyzzz
