They are all probably bad. You MIGHT be able to get away with using one of those tier 5 PSUs if your computer uses less then half of what they advertise, but if you spend an extra 10 euros you should be able to buy an EVGA White 500W PSU which is far better quality.

Since your PC uses so little power, the DeepCool PSU should be ok. You should really try to get another from a reputable brand if possible.
