psu for 370 wattage

Solution
That image doesn't say at all if the PSU can run a computer stably. The PSU has no professional reviews, though the indication of only ~80% of the delivery on the 12V rail on a decade old design isn't a good sign.

If you're buying a build, don't leave the PSU to last without any money. It is the most important part.

i have no money for a new psu.
if i go with this' will it harm to my components ?

Most power is drawn from the 12V rail in modern PCs. As you can see from that label, that "500W" PSU is really only a 408W PSU. And that's assuming it can trusted to reliably output what's on the label, which isn't always the case with cheap PSUs. That label you keep posting is not any indication of quality.
