Why dose BFG recommends PSU for GeForce 8800 GTS as

"A 400W PCI Express-compliant system power supply with a combined 12V current rating of 26A or more"

?

What manufacturers do you recommend for the PSU?
and many PSU have a fan on top of the PSU but many computer cases decent have a grill so how can i fix the PSU into the case?

The PSU is tested with GeForce 8800 as the XFX tested PSU list include it.
