I use an CX600M with an R9 380 but that's because I went by the brand and really didn't research that it ain't a great PSU but it gets the job done... So far.

Don't use a cheap one... My cheap PSU blew up and almost broke my entire PC, Just spend the extra $30 and it will save you 1k if your entire PC blows up. Soo many people make the 'cheap psu' mistake, Be safe and get an Antec 600w True power classic... It is better than a cheap PSU and competes with high end ones (If you really don't want to spend a ton just get the Antec TPC coz it is cheap). The PSU is responsible for your entire PC and if that fails you are stuffed. I recommend spending more on the PSU and cheaping out on other things if necessary, it is really important!
