psu for gpu

i am between buying 620w psu with 12v1 25A and 12v2 25A...and....a psu with 750w with 4 12v rails of 20A
and i am asking which of two should be the best to support msi gaming r9 270x...
pc specs: a8 3.00ghz 8 gb ram and 500hdd

I would still go with the one I recommended, it's lower in wattage but it's made by seasonic which is a very well know high quality manufacturer, and it's you only need 500 watts in the first place so get a higher wattage power supply that isn't as nice wouldn't benefit you. In other words quality over quantity. Looking around I couldn't even find the efficiency of that power supply and looking at the price alone compared to the wattage, I'd say it's not great.

Note if you follow my second link in my first post it will show my recommended powersupply for you. I'd be willing to recommend this 750w powersupply but you haven't told me the make or model of it. If you can give me a link or the full name of the powersupply that you've been looking at then I can give you my thoughts on it.
