Psu for gts 250 1 gb

Hi everyone im planning to buy a new system with the following specs

intel e7400 2800mhz
mobo asus p5b-mx/wi-fi-ap
4gb ddr2 800mhz
sea gate sata 320 gb
palit gts 250 1gb
and a dvd rom drive


what will be my psu requirement?
im thinking of corsair cx400w
can i get anything more cheaper please suggest

should be fine, the corsair is a very good PSU (kudos for picking a good one, can't tell you how many pick logysis or apevia)

though i don't know if that particular GTS250 needs one or two pci 6pin connectors

if it needs two, just use a molex to 6pin converter

When I first read the heading I was about to advice CX 400.
But you did that yourself.

I would also say that it would be an excelent choice.
i am running the same PSU.It is near silent.Powers my rig well(Have 9800GT).

I must say it is a worthy investment.

Depending on where you live, don't rule out any of Antec's PSUs. You might find a good deal on a Basiq or Earthwatts 430W or better. In a different thread, someone posted the price of each of those and they were around $45.

Corsair CX 400 is the cheapest quality PSU we can advice.
It is the best for your rig.

Anything cheaper won't be reliable.
