PSU for GTX 1070

Hello,everyone!
I would like to buy a Super Flower Leadex 80+ Silver 650w PSU,but I don't know if it's enough for an i5 6600k that I want to OC at around 4.5 GHz and an ASUS STRIX GTX 1070.If it isn't,could someone reccomend me a better psu?Thanks!

That's more than enough for a 350 Watt PC.
