Hi,

Manufacturer states recommended power supply 650W.
Would some really good 550W power supply like Corsair RM be enough?

Maximum load of GTX 690 is 300W and paired with i3 9100F and 8GB DDR4 RAM seems okay for me but I would rather hear someone else opinion.

Thanks!

GTX 690? Old, but good one...
And at the same time has a real need of watts.
I wouldn't go below 600 W, bearing in mind such videocards literally need even 700+ W-one.
If u insist on trying it, then yes, it may be fine (fear gets inside me when I thing about doing it). The other components are really with low consumption.
This may help:

The initial results I see don't seem really optimistic for anything below 600 W, you would better go 650+, at least, like manifacturers say.
If u wanna go with something weaker, don't cry if the whole thing fails or if the PSU breaks later on.
Really, it is among the type of vcards with highest possible consumption and intensity.
