What PSU should i get? my current one is only 320W and doesn’t have the cords needed for my ssd and GTX 1070 GPU that I recently bought, around a $30 budget, i’d love suggestions for what I should get :)

There are no 30 dollar power supplies that should be used with a GTX 1070, or ANY even moderately capable gaming card for that matter. At 30 bucks, you are probably looking at a unit that is likely to cause one of these type situations.

The VERY least expensive unit I'd ever consider using with that graphics card, currently, would be this.

PCPartPicker Part List

Power Supply: Corsair - Vengeance 650 W 80+ Silver Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply ($45.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $45.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

But you'll have a rebate you have to deal with to get that price.

The next best option would be this, which is a MUCH, MUCH better unit, but also has a rebate.

Power Supply: SeaSonic - FOCUS Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply ($51.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $51.98
