PSU for my pc

I'm planning to build a new pc with the following specs
i7 6700k
corsair 32gb ddr4
gigabyte ga b150-d3h motherboard
gtx 970 4gb
cooler master hyper 212x
i will do little overclocking and use this pc for 50-50 gaming/editing.
how much watt psu i need ??
i have these two psu in my mind (corsair cx750w or seasonic s2ii 620w psu),which one should i choose or suggest me some good psu under 110$

I would go with the 620w Seasonic over the Corsair CX series. 550w should be more than enough. If you are shopping in the US there are a lot of options under $110. Look into the G2 lineup from EVGA.
