I have built a Ryzen Budget Gaming pc recently.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
Asrock A320M Pro 4
Adata Premier 2x4GB DRR4 2400MHz
Toshiba 500GB HDD

I currently uses a Zebronics ZEB-450 Value psu. I decided to upgarde the PSU due to some reliability issues. As i am concerned about budget which is limited to 3000INR. And i have found two deals on amazon under this budget

1. Corsair VS450
2. Cooler Master MWE450

Which one is better? I'm planing to add a GTX1050Ti and a 120GB SSD in future. Will this PSU sufficient? And which one is a better option?

Are those the only two PSU's you have at hand? Can you find a Seasonic S12II unit? A 520W version should keep you happy for a long while. FYI, if you're going for the Ryzen 3 2200G, why get a discrete GPU? Drop the Ryzen APU and pick up the Ryzen 3 1200. Also look for DDR4-3200MHz rams since Ryzen likes higher frequency ram.

Where are you located, what is your preferred site for purchase and how much are you willing to spend on the PSU/your entire build?

If you can raise your budget by 300 - 1000 INR, you could find a Corsair CX450 which is much better quality than the mentioned.
Better quality means longer lifespans on every component as well as the PSU, less risk to instability, better protections (though the VS has decent protections), likely quieter.
