Hey guys I recently purchased a Radeon 6850 and along side it a Coolermaster Elite 500.

First day everything was fine up until the evening.

Anytime I run a game (only a game, 3D Applications/Renderings are fine) the PSU fan goes nuts for around a minute, then it slows down.. then after 3 minutes of being calm it does it again. Im just wondering if its safe thats all.. dont want to risk anything.

Specs are as follows:

Radeon 1GB HD XFX 6850
AMD X3 Triple Core at 2.9gz
300Gb HD
4Gb Corsair Ram
3 USB devices

Cheers for any replies, Luke

Yeah im more than positive. Ive stopped the GPU fan, the CPU fan underload and they are fine, the only culprit left is the PSU but i cant exactly test it due to its lay out but id bet my life on it
