psu good for gpu?

Hi everyone iam going to buy gtx 1080 ftw edition tomorrow. I have following specs
I7 4790
16 gb ddr3 1600 mhz ram
1 tb sshd
H80i water cooler
And my psu is corsair vs 650. Will it work? Because i recently bought the psu. I wont be ocing anything.

It will most likely work but is a very low quality PSU, actually the lowest one on the Corsair line up. I suggest you upgrade your PSU to a better quality one. A corsair RM550x or higher should do it.

A good PSU is also the EVGA 550w g2 or g3. They are high quality. Also I might get faster ram? That's just me though. Otherwise, I like it.

Also, if you like the Corsair Hydro series, the H100i v2 might suite you better 😀
