PSU net/sleeve removing?

Hello there,
I have this PSU: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules/NDReviews/images/XFXPro650750/DSCF2576.JPG , and I was wondering if it is possible to take off the black "net" or "sleeve" that's keeping the cables together. The cables are now all together and it's too thick to have any proper cable management.

That net sleeveing is very thin , I wouldn't remove it , all you will see is the ugly wires , left behind.

It is? I would prefer to have all my cables next to eachother like this: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/00/90/1c/00901c3c4fb5dd0806fd111a4a56faf3.jpg , instead of them bundled together in the net, as big thick cables.
I dont know if it is at all possible with my PSU, but wanted to at least make sure!

Those are either custom cables in the Pic and that is a full modular power supply , hard to attain a real clean look with a non modular.
