Best ones you will get from Cooler Master is the V series. Comming from the stables of Seasonic and Enhance Electronics.

Don't choose by brands. Most of them don't even make the internals of the PSU. They all sell goods and bads. Instead, choose by model.

As to which model, it depends on the rest of your system, budget, and retailers, which you haven't provided yet.

Also, I suggest sticking away from that tierlist. It is outdated and more misleading than helpful.

You posted the Corsair VS and CX Green label units?

Both are barely one step above fire hazard.

The NEW Corsair CXM Series (Grey Label) is supposed to be safer and better than the old (Green Label) ones.

The VS is a very low quality unit.

That's why I just post the tier list and let them come back with comments and or a budget, specs etc.

Seasonic S12II-620 but too expensive.

we dont have cooler master vsm series here :/ what can you suggest?

Any lower than a VSM isn't recommended.. And that wasn't exactly a expensive model.

The S12II is too expensive?

You just might have to up your budget to get something good then, spend more now or a lot more later replacing burned up parts.

And when I say good I mean something that is stable and won't burn up your PC parts or burn down your house.

Seasonic 620w 80+Bronze is 360 TL others near 300 TL.

Is corsair and cooler master really crap?

You don't need a 600w PSU , a good 430-450w is absolutely more than enough.

Remove cooler master, thermaltake & deep cool from you list , probably high power too (they make a few good units but I doubt you'll find those stocked anywhere)

Ingore any corsair but the new CX/cxm range which comes in increments of 450/550/650w

Antec - pretty much any of their units are acceptable - the vp /bp range are fairly mediocre but useable , the Neo eco /vpf/earthwatts/true power are good quality.

500W to 550W would be enough for headroom for upgrades etc.

Since everything seems to be so expensive over there, so buying that now and buying one instead of the second one later makes since.

Still not personally convinced on the CXM's Quality, but if the OP wants to get one of the new ones (NOT GREEN labeled) then I suppose it might be fine.... I guess...

Yeah, except for the higher end units like the Corsair TXM and above really. And the TXM isn't really expensive, not really.
