There seem to be a rare few, not sure if reputable though.

Made by Delta and they seem to be decent units overall, although I'm guessing they have cheap caps to make the pricepoint.
(I have next to no knowledge about the insides of a PSU, Forgive me)

Still waiting Raidmax Vampire series. Will they change history of their reputation on PSU. This PSU is so Aesthetic if it's in at least 3rd tier I will pick Vampire RX700GH. If not I will get Enermax Triathlor 650W instead

the xfx is tier 1 the evga is tier 2, does that matter at all? i can get the evga for £64 on novatech and i can get the xfx for £74 on amazon.

The EVGA B2 unit is perfectly fine. It might lack a few features found on the XFX Pro, but if price matters at all to you, it's a good enough unit for any current single GPU solution, including overclocked systems. I'd personally go with the B2 unless you just prefer a Seasonic unit, which is what that XFX is.

so the xfx is better quality?

The Pro is modular and has a higher efficiency, it's not necessarily better quality. It might have slightly better voltage regulation but the B2 unit is already outstanding in all those regards and is semi-modular and supposedly achieves silver efficiency anyhow according to the JonnyGuru review. I personally wouldn't pay the extra for the XFX just based on a higher efficiency which has nothing to do with actual quality.

here they are both rated bronze so the EVGA is much better price to performance. Does the EVGA have the same protection from overvoltage and undervoltage etc. as the xfx

As seen here, that XFX is a silver 80plus certification, not that it REALLY matters anyhow. And also that unit IS apparently only semi-modular as is the B2, which makes the B2 even more appealing:

And as seen here, in the Jonnyguru testing, the bronze certified B2 unit actually DID silver during testing:

The Good:

•beyond excellent minor rail ripple suppression
•excellent 12V stability
•semi-modular
80 Plus Bronze certified, but actually did Silver
•very good 12V ripple suppression

they are both semi modular and 80+ bronze, the xfx is only bronze here in jolly england :'(

are there any plans to update this list? after +-1 month of reading and researching on PSUs, i think i'm more lost than anything else, due to the fact that i'm with too much information and also there simply are too many reliable brands/models.

Edit: i've just noticed the post was updated 2 weeks ago. nevermind..
