PSU voltage problem?

Hi everyone, my pc is experiencing total freezed occasionally when playing game. So I look up on the net and found that it is most likely the PSU voltage problem.

So I enter bios to check PC health status. +3.3v, +5v, +12v readings are as below:
+3.3v: 2.849, +5v: 5.34, +12v: 13.176

Is this normal?

PC spec:
FX6300
GA970A-DS3P
R9-280
Seasonic s12II 620watt

I would get on phone with Seasonic. Seasonic is a good brand and should have less voltage differenc then that.
