I am Asking The question to actual Users of similar Products.
Components:
CPU: i7 5820K
GPU: RTX 2080 OC tri fan
Ram: DDR4 4GBX4
Mainboard: MSI X99 Gaming 7
HDDs: Carviar Black 1TB, Carviar Blue 2TB
SSDs: 500GB Crucial, 120GB kingston
M.2 Drive: WD Black 750 m.2 500GB
There will be 6 Fans in Case including those of H100i Cooler

I will Be Overclocking my PC.

That is surprising. I just tried it and it did the same thing. I'm guessing it's a bug in the Tom's Hardware code.

i don't like those calculators as they will wildly differ. add it up yourself.

do some quick reading and see what kind of power draw was seen overclocking the 5820k as well as the 2080 you picked. add about 150w for those hdd's and fans. finally add about 20% to that number for some headroom and that's roughly what you'll need. the number you get will be much more reliable than anything those random calculators give.
