PSU with a new GPU

Can I run a gtx 960 4gb OC with my current build:https://www.amazon.com/SkyTech-AMD-730-Desktop-Computer-FX-4300/dp/B01LAMXYYK/ref=sr_1_31?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1487445822&sr=1-31&keywords=gaming+computer but I now have a FX-6300. The PSU is a TR2 430.

Not a very good PSU , BUT SHOULD BE ABLE TO RUN IT.

I would replace the PSU before running a good card.
