PUBG buildings not rendering

I recently bought pubg, i will get 40-60 fps playing on ultra and high settings, but when landing on the island, the buildings are not rendered for about a minute and then its rendered, sometimes the game even crashes. Playing on low settings, 120 fps, i'm still getting the same problem.
Should i buy a new ssd (M.2) or upgrade my ram to 16GB to solve this problem?

Here are my specs:
Intel core i5-7500
Gigabyte H170M-D3H
8GB ram
EVGA GTX 1060 3GB
WD Blue 1TB
EVGA 500W
