I am currently experiencing stuttering on PUBG steam version after upgrading my gpu. Before i upgraded my gpu everything was playable, but after i changed my gpu all of a sudden it stutters and and not playable anymore. Before i upgraded my gpu, i uninstalled my nvidia graphics driver using DDU and i even did it twice and then installed the Radeon software for the RX 570. The stuttering only happens on PUBG and not any other games.

I've tried setting my graphics settings to the lowest but it is still stuttering, i even tried to cap the framerate but it still doesn't work. It know cannot be an internet issue since i have 30ms in-game and no packet loss. I really want to play PUBG with my friends so i hope you guys know a possible solution to this problem. Thank you!

Here is a video for betterr understanding:

Here is my pc specs:
Intel core i3 7100
Asus Rx 570 4gb
12gb 2400mhz ram

Make sure your GPU drivers are up to date visit the official AMD website and download the latest drivers for your RX 570 GPU. Install them and restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect. I think this could be solve your problem

I've already tried that and nothings happens. I downloaded the drivers from AMD's website and tried reinstalling the drivers but it didn't fix the issue.
