Question Purchased a AIO cooler that only has Intel bracket can I use it with AMD?

As title states can i use a universal or different brand AIO bracket to use it with AMD? The cooler is named

Mirage 120 (White) ARGB All-in-one Cooler / 1 Fan Intel LGA 115X / 1200 120mm​

Yes its a cheap brand and its no big deal if i cant use it with amd but is there anyway I can use a AMD bracket that isnt meant for this cooler to use it with AMD? Thanks in advance.

What CPU do you have?

You should be able to buy a AM3/AM4 bracket for it as its just a standard Asetek AIO, the intel bracket should be able to turn and clip it off, Most Asetek AMD hardware should work with that.

But you might be better off just getting an Air cooler honestly, if you don't want to spend a ton, use the stock cooler, should perform almost the same as that 120mm AIO, If you need a bit better cooling, Coolermaster hyper 212 and really good but cheap a Thermalright Peerless Assassin $33 usd on Amazon free shipping, just a step below the way more expansive Noctua NH-D15.

ryzen 7600 Also performance is fine its the silence i want over the air cooler, i know how loud mine is and yeah I paid less then $25 for this, I just wanted to know if its possible to use with a bracket for am5 and if it would fit with this cooler.
