Push/pull basics

Just wondering how 'push/pull' works. I.E., which way do the fans surrounding the CPU cooler point? Does 'push/pull' also work with the radiator(s) associated with liquid cooling? Thanks for any input.

If you have the room, one fan blows air into the heatsink or radiator, and the other pulls the air out of it.

The only way to see if it will work for you is to do a comparison test to see if using two fans does give you significantly better temperatures or noise levels.
