So I'm wanting to put my ssd from my old computer in my new computer I just built but I don't want to buy Windows 10 so I know the drivers from my old computer will affect the drivers from my new computer so I was wondering if I could install the drivers for my new computer on the ssd using the old computer then delete the old drivers and install the ssd in to the new computer and it will work ?

Installing drivers for hardware that isn't installed won't work. The motherboard chip set drivers will be what conflicts.

The best thing for you to do is to sign-in to Windows with your Microsoft account and go to settings - activation and link the Windows key to your Microsoft account. Then, you can reactivate it after reinstalling Windows (free download from Microsoft.com; create a USB boot drive). You will need to select troubleshoot when it doesn't work at first, and then select recent hardware change.
