I have msi mobo. Other than cpu fan port there are four number of 4 pin pwm fan connector. If cpu fan port speed depend on cpu temp than what other 4 pin ports speed depend on.??

When looking at a motherboard, that would be temps as well, provided they're not DC fan headers disguised as a PWM header.

Z690 pro-a wifi , DDR5 . I saw just now it's written 6x 4 pin system fan connector.
