pwring on pblm - still going

Thanks for quick response. Tried new switch and fan still just cranks over and stops. This is an old computer. Moved to different desk and when kybd,monitor,etc. reconnected, wouldn't start up. Was used intermittently but was OK til move. What next to track down problem?

Hey man, have you checked to see if there's a switch on the back of fan where you plug your power into? My case has one to change th voltages, you might have switched it by accident during the move.

Had power supply & switch tested and both OK. Took off all components and reassembled. Works now! Go figger.
