q code 0d with asus crosshair vii hero

Exactly as the title described. The system won't post so I can't see the problem. All I know is that I get error code 0d and there is a yellow-green light right below it indicating there is a problem with boot.

My specs are
Cpu: Ryzen 2700x
Memory: Corsair dominator rog edition is 16 gb
Video card: Msi 580 mk2 8gb
Hard drive: Samsung 850 evo 1 tb
Psu: 650 GQ 650w
