I think my bios is messed up.
I've got a b450 aorus elite motherboard, I needed to update the BIOS so I could run XMP profile for my RAM, but the problem is that when I go to Q-Flash then press update BIOS, it isn't detecting my USB or anything for that matter, it displays a file called EFI that seems to contain other files, Boot and Microsoft.
I'm currently on version F40 of the BIOS.
