Q-Spec?

What does Q-Spec mean as it would relate to an OEM Intel CPU? Something about pre-release but meets all the specs. Does this sound correct or does anyone know more about this?

Without a context, it would be difficult to come to a true conclusion. First off, are you sure of the spelling? Where did you get it from?

The guy that has the 3.73 said that it was a Q-spec but he assumed that it was not a problem.

As far as I can figure, Q-spec means that it will not recognize small errors. I dont think it will cause you much pain.
