Yes im still stuck on this game after 4 years.I was a good player till just about a year ago.My Internet is fast,my systom is 4 years old(some parts are newer)It was the best stuff in 99.My gameplay is good,but I cant keep up with the new Bots on the block(gamespy).Im not ready to give up the ship yet.Or am I?.

You system is plenty fast for the game. It's just your skills that are lacking a bit. Keep plugging away. If you notice any stuttering in your game then you might want to look into a hardware/software problem. But that Rig will handle quake 3 at good framerates no problem.
