Qms magicolor 2 desklaser misfeed jam

I have installed this again to lpt1 after a gap of 2 years.
First test page printed without problem, but now I get "misfeed jam"
help please.

clean feedroller with toothbrush & water.
or the clutch/solenoid is malfunc!
