My trusty 19" Viewsonic CRT is the only thing that provides the resolution I love! It runs 1792x1344, which is way higher than anything I can reasonably afford.

The cheapest LCD display that was 19" that I can find (can't stand 17" and 1280 by 1024 native rez, too small)
I have to use a dvi to vga adapter 🙁

dual 17" viewsonics (1280x1024)
very tempted to pick up the Sam 305T (2560x1600) but I'd need a better video card to support.
52" Sam 750 series LCD for TV

Samsung 15" lcd. Had a 17" Dell LCD but I couldn't read the print on most web pages comfortably from 5-6 feet. Lots of eye strain, so I switched back to the 15". Also, the power consumption of the Dell 17" was at least double that of my old Samsung 15", it had 4 backlights instead of two in the Samsung. Lastly, I game at 1024x768 with my Nvidia IGP, so that's native res on a 15".

The only upgrade I might make is to a conventional 19", but right now I like the size of the 15" and I very much appreciate the 15 watt power consumption.

I purchased dual 30" HP 3065 displays two years ago (driven by a passively cooled 2600XT). They have been invaluable in doing custom digital design in verilog through the company VPN. For my next PC build (this summer), these same displays will be driven by a passively cooled 4670. Don't have the desktop space to add a third monitor of this size, nor do I want to add another graphics card. May drive an older 24" Phillips display using the integrated motherboard dvi port (780G or similar) for monitoring video while doing work on the dual 30" displays..

28" 1920x1200. By HannsG. I had never heard of them before I bought one off of Newegg. Back in summer 2007, it was a very good deal for about $600, and for that price, I overlooked its lack of connectors (HDMI and VGA only, not even DVI). For its price bracket, it's very good and has held up very well.
