13 year old Viewsonic GT800 20"... I remember buying it as a refurb and paying $800.00 or so. From Onsale . com ... anyone remember them???

Guess I'm getting my money's worth. Still like the fact that these old CRT's don't have a "native" resolution. Get a nice sharp picture no matter what resolution I set it at.

Might add a 24" LCD in the future.

4x22in @ 1680x1050
1x19in CRT - which I'll replace with LCD when it dies.
These are split between two computers, but are arranged in a 2+3 horizontal pattern.

24inch(1900*1200) main monitor for gaming + movies and 19inch (1280*1024) secondary monitor for misc.

15.4inch(1280*800) laptop screen

two 22" samsung's set up vertically on either side of a really nice 30" samsung (305T) set up horizontally. Had to use 3 graphics cards and a kinda expensive motherboard to do it, but it is well worth it.

For which computer?

I have 2 main computers - a Windows 2008 server and a HTPC. Both plug into my 42" LCD HDTV at 1900x1080. The server will have a 19" CRT for a second display and the HTPC (which is also my general use computer) will have a 22" LCD in portrait mode (I do more web browsing and document writing than anything else on that one).

My 3rd personal computer will be set up using my 2 17" CRTs I have sitting around.

My wife only need a 19" LCD (and she says that's even more than she wanted), but it was really cheap.

For my mother, I set up her mac mini to display on a 19" LCD through a EVGA USB graphics adapter. Her main display is TV Out to an old 27" TV (so she can fall asleep watching Hulu movies).

Yup, that covers my family's set up...
