Quake III fps.

I know there's a way to show the frames per seconds in Quake 3 but i don't know how. What varcommand should i type in the console to view it. I just want to check how fast is my video processor.

I use a program called FRAPS to monitor FPS in almost all D3D games.

I aint signing nothing!!!
