So i'm planning on gradually upgrading my PC and decided to get the GPU first cause the availability for the GPU i'm aiming for in my local shop is shaky and it might be out of stock soon.. So i've decided to go for the https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/GeForce-GTX-1660-SUPER-VENTUS-XS-OC before the stocks go dry since i do have the money for it.
But i've come to notice that the sata ports might be an obstacle on my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2 rev 2.0)
So i just wanted to ask if it would even be possible to fit the gpu using the angled sata connectors or would it still be too much for the gpu cooler mask to clear?
Currently i only need 1 SATA port usable so not being able to use the rest won't really hurt me as i won't have reasons to use them until i upgrade fully over the coming months. Which will include a new motherboard anyway. Current situation with the Gigabyte GTX 960 (https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Ca...960IXOC-2GD#ov) in the imabe below:
