Question Question about Fitting the new GPU

So i'm planning on gradually upgrading my PC and decided to get the GPU first cause the availability for the GPU i'm aiming for in my local shop is shaky and it might be out of stock soon.. So i've decided to go for the https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/GeForce-GTX-1660-SUPER-VENTUS-XS-OC before the stocks go dry since i do have the money for it.

But i've come to notice that the sata ports might be an obstacle on my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2 rev 2.0)

So i just wanted to ask if it would even be possible to fit the gpu using the angled sata connectors or would it still be too much for the gpu cooler mask to clear?
Currently i only need 1 SATA port usable so not being able to use the rest won't really hurt me as i won't have reasons to use them until i upgrade fully over the coming months. what board you use ince the 960 is 168 mm lenght and the 1660 seams to be 204 mm so it might not fit in your case name and model of it .

the m-atx board is short for this gpu and see if you cable are similar to this one https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E168121..._cables-_-12-123-282-_-Product&quicklink=true you might beable to use a similar one that you have or get a new board that could hold cpu ram and gpu in the case since it could use a atx board .

The SATA cables i have are the regular angled ones (right), not the low profile ones like in the image. I could order the low profile sata cable like the one you sent in the image if it meant i had a chance of it fitting for the few months until i get all the other parts gathered up (Motherboard, CPU, RAM) since as i said, i am planning an upgrade to those parts regardless.

Odds are, nobody is gonna be able to give you a straight yes or no, that being said, just purchase some low profile sata cables with the graphics card since you don't know until you try. Or even buy a PCIE card that gives you more sata ports if your in need of more then the 1. One like this:

Worst case scenario you can't make it work, and you just return everything.

Even if it does not fit, i'm still upgrading my Mobo, CPU and RAM over the coming 2 months so i don't really need to return it, i'll use it regardless.
