Good Afternoon guys, I recently just bought a new PSU, so i went to replace it with my old one, and when i went to put my fans back on the heat sink, i noticed the distance between the ram stick and the bottom of the fan, its like a finger's width maybe more, should be worried, or thats enough space

thank you again in advanced :)

perfectly normal, tight fiting ram is a rite of passage for air coolers. Sometimes the fan can fit, sometimes it can't. If you can't fit it, then either get smaler ram, or move the sticks over. Generally i wouldn't suggest changing stick position, but the only real drawback is dual channel, which isn't a large performance loss.
