I5 2500
4gb ddr3
320gb hdd
And 250W PSU
Can i put on that PC 500W PSU?

I do not know, can I put any model I want?
It wont damage the motherboard or any other component? Its SFF case but I will put it in bigger case

You can put any model supported by your case.

But there is a problem with your motherboard. It has non-standard PSU connector.
You'll have to find some adapter to convert standard 24pin PSU plug to 16pin plug on your board.
