Question about this build

Im looking for a cheap second hand build for my little cousin to get into PC gaming and this guy is selling one with a phenom x4 955 and a gtx 650.

Was just wondering if this could run last gen/modern gen games at around low to medium settings with atleast 30fps?

Decided to stay away from it, found a decent brand new build for £250 that will be fine for 720p gaming.

R7 250

probably be better. old system was most likely am2 socket with ddr2. atleast the fx 4300 is guaranteed to be atleast am3 and ddr 3, which leaves it open to upgrade options.
