Question Question regarding bios update

So i need to flash bios on Gigabyte B450 Aourus M in order to support gen 3 ryzen,it has stock bios,and i wonder which way am i supposed to update it in order like from F2>F4>f5>f30>f31>F32>F40,or i can install it straight away from F1>F32,update ecwupdate along with it,and then flash it to F40?
I dont wanna brick motherboard,so yeah,any help is appriciated

"Note : Update AMD Chipset Driver 18.10.20.02 or latest version before updating to this BIOS."

So long story short i need to update in order and not skip from F1>F32 straight away right?
