Hi there I am putting together a bit of an old system and was just wondering if the 550W power supply I am purchasing will be enough to power it. The GPU officially states that it needs 600w, 42a on a 12v rail but I have read multiple posts saying it will never draw this much power and that it is an overstatement etc.
My pc specs:
-SILVERSTONE TUF ET550-HG V1.2 GOLD 550W Modular PSU 80+ Gold cert (45A at +12v)
-P8Z77M-PRO Motherboard
-Intel Core I7-3770 @ 3.4Ghz
-GIGABYTE GTX 770 GV-N770OC-4GD (rev 2.0) 4gb GDDR5
-2x 8gb Ripjaw DDR3 1866Mhz
1x 120GB SSD
1x 500GB SSD
1x ODD
1x 140mm fan
3x 120mm fan
3x 80mm fan
Thank you
