These questions were asked of me in email today:
The rule book specifically says that you cannot play a political
action, bleed, or take an action from the same action card twice in
the same turn. Can you hunt multiple times or use a vampire's special
ability more than once in the same turn?
-You may hunt multiple times in the same turn.
-You may only use a vampire's special ability once per turn.
Can a blood doll be used on the same turn it is played?
-Yes. The master phase is not over simply because you played a master
card. You may utilitze any effects that take place during the master
phase before or after playing a master card.
Combat cards can be played twice in a round, once at superior and once
at basic if for example one is for a maneuver and one is for a press.
-Combat cards have no restriction on how often they can be played in
the same round unless their card text creates a limit. You may play
35 Flash to maneuver if you opponent plays 35 Gleam of the Red Eyes to
maneuver back.
Can a card be played twice if it has the same effect such as Taste of
Vitae?
-Taste of Vitae is explicitly limited to once per round. See the
Camarilla Edition card text for this addition: "A vampire can play
only 1 Taste of Vitae each round."

Meaning can I use it once to steal one blood and then again to steal
two?
-No.
I cannot find anywhere in the rulebook where it says you can't replace
cards during a referendum. However, we have been playing since the
game first came out and we have played this way for as long as I can
recall. Was this a rule that was changed or is it still in effect?
-This was a rule and it has been changed. With each player only able
to burn 1 political action card for a vote, there is no value to the
do not replace rule. It has been removed for simplicity and for
consistency with the rest of the game.
During a bloodhunt referendum the rulebook says that action modifiers
and reaction cards cannot be played, but can a player burn a vote card
to get a vote?
-Yes.
Can allies recruit other allies or retainers?
-If the other ally or retainer has no requirements, then Yes. Jake
Washington can recruit the Vagabond Mystic on the turn Jake comes into
play (for example).
Thanks in advance for the help.
-Anytime.
