Hello guys!
I just finished my first water cooling build and I'm doing the leak test right now for about 17 hours already.
My only concern right now is that I have a little bit of an vortex issue.
I have the ek xtop d5 vario and everything runs fine until setting 4. If I let it run on 5 my reservoir starts sucking in some air sometimes. That's probably because I use the bottom ports as inlet and outlet. I already read that that could lead to some kind of vortex issues but I couldnt use the other ports with what I had here.

So I have 2 questions, first of all, is it really needed to run the pump on 5 instead of 4? As far as I know pump speed is not that important for the temperature and it will only be around 2 degrees max., won't it? Is it a viable option to just not using the 5. speed?
There was also a foam included with the reservoir exactly for this problem, do you think it would solve it? I thought about putting it in prior to filling it, since I already knew that I use the 2 bottom ports but I wanted to try it without first, since I thought that the foam could also be quite the resistance.
So what do you think? I hope you can see it on the video I uploaded and as far as I know I can't let it run on 5 since sucking in air isn't really that good, is it?
That means I have 2 options, foam or just using fourth setting, what would you recommend?
EDIT:
I also would like to know if this is a normal place for bubbles to get caught:

I really appreciate every comment and help!
