Working on a dualboot with 98SE and 2k pro and I'm wondering if programs that are installed on the 98SE partition will work with 2k or if they'll have to be installed again.

If the programs are installed on both the 98SE partition and registry, then they'll have to be installed again on 2k.

They probably have to be installed again. It is not recommended to run the Win98 install programs on Win2k without installing it vice versa. Some programs that don't have system file can be ran from both OSes with one install.
