Questoin for ANTEC P183 case owners

Sorry, I had three questions for existing ANTEC P183 owners:

1) From SilentPC's review, the top rear exhaust fan was noticeably loud at anything higher than medium setting. This was possibly due to the metal grill. Your opinons?

2) SilenctPC's review mentioned that the top rear fan might be difficult to remove due to its construction. How have your experiences been in removing the stock fan?

3) I assume if you remove all of the stock, ANTEC Tri-cool fans and replace with other fans (Scythe/Noctura), you can't connect them to the built in ANTEC fan controller, correct?
